Colombian right-back Yerson Candelo, 32, is the second confirmed signing for América de Cali ahead of the challenges the Scarlet team will face in the second half of 2024.
His professional football career includes stints at clubs such as Querétaro and Atlético Nacional. With the Mexican team, he won a Copa MX and a Supercopa MX. With the Antioquia-based club, he won the Copa Colombia, the Superliga, and a league title.
The experienced player arrives from Criciúma of Brazil's Serie A and signed a two-year contract with América de Cali.
