These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale of season tickets and tickets offered by AMÉRICA DE CALI SA (in reorganization) (hereinafter, the Club) for matches played at home in official competitions played by the Club.

2. Nature of the service
The season ticket grants the buyer the right to enter the matches included in the purchased package, in the selected stand, during the corresponding phase.
It does not constitute membership nor does it generate political, corporate or economic rights over the Club.

3. Images and references
Images, renderings, or graphic elements used in the promotion of the subscriptions are for illustrative purposes only. The design, color, or final presentation of the product or promotional materials may vary without prior notice.

4. Reserved Seat (West 2nd Floor)
Season ticket holders for the West Stand, 2nd floor, will have their seats reserved for the duration of their season ticket. In the event of renewal or subsequent phases, they will have priority in retaining the same seat, provided the purchase is made within the timeframe established by the Club.

5. Pre-sale in later phases
Season ticket holders will enjoy presale access to tickets for later stages (round-robin, semifinals, or finals), according to the team's ranking and current commercial policies. This benefit is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

6. Exclusive benefits and gifts
The Club may offer exclusive benefits or gifts to season ticket holders. These may be symbolic, digital, or physical, and may be delivered after the season ticket purchase, according to the Club's schedule. The items or experiences may vary in their format or symbolic value, without this implying a breach of the value proposition.

7. Rescheduling and date changes
In the event of a change to the official schedule by Dimayor or another competent authority, the season ticket will remain valid for the new date. There will be no refunds for schedule adjustments or rescheduling.

8. Returns Policy
Once the purchase has been made, no returns or refunds are accepted, except in cases expressly provided for by Colombian consumer protection law.

9. Protection of personal data

PRODUCTS ON SALE
Products purchased in our official stores under sale , clearance, or promotion fully retain the warranty rights established by consumer protection regulations. However, since these are sale, clearance, or promotional items, the warranty will only cover defects in quality, suitability, or safety that do not correspond to the conditions of the discount or price reduction applied. Therefore, returns are not accepted for reasons other than a defect covered by the legal warranty. Promotional or discounted items cannot be exchanged for reasons of personal preference, meaning size, color, or style.
Exchanges of garments will always be made for the value at which they were purchased.

The garment must not have been worn, washed, or damaged. It must retain its original tags and be returned in its original packaging.
