Official statement | Joel Graterol undergoes surgery

Club América de Cali informs its fans, the media, and the general public that Joel Gratero underwent successful outpatient surgery yesterday afternoon at the Imbanaco Medical Center. His postoperative recovery is progressing satisfactorily.

Our goalkeeper is currently at home receiving the prescribed treatment, and his rehabilitation will take place at our facility. The initial recovery period is six weeks, during which partial and progressive weight-bearing will be permitted.

We appreciate the support and well wishes of our fans for Joel during this time. We are confident in his speedy and full recovery so we can see him back defending our goal.
