Therefore, we are committed to providing a satisfactory solution for all affected customers.
As a result of this situation, we have made the following decisions, effective from this date:
-The sale of Home shirts from the new collection is suspended until this situation is definitively resolved.
-Those affected should send an email with their respective purchase invoice to servicioalcliente@americadecali.com.co, where we will give them the steps to make the warranty effective.
