Here's how you can complete the return process:

If you made your purchase with a debit card or cash, we have partnered with Efecty, which offers its nationwide network of locations for you to collect your money. This service costs $6,000 for every $1,000,000, which will be deducted from your purchase total. You will receive instructions via email indicating when you can go to the nearest service point.

If you made the purchase with a CREDIT CARD, please note that we will automatically process the refund to the card used for the purchase. If the financial product has already been canceled, you must create a case through the following link: https://www.tuboleta.com/pqrs.html and provide the requested information. We will then take the necessary steps to process the refund. Once the process is complete, the issuing bank (the cardholder's bank) will refund the money to your account within 20 business days.
