Our physical trainer, Mario Janer, spoke about these first days of training:
“In these first few days, two methods are combined: an old-school method where we are going to develop an increase in strength, from the metabolic part, from resistance, short and long duration, and from the first day the idea of play has been implemented little by little,” he said.
Regarding how to prevent injuries in this pre-competitive stage, he indicated: "the issue of strength, strengthening the pelvic floor, the issue of stabilizing muscles and all the muscular issues are always worked on 20 minutes before each field work."
The Scarlet Ones are currently in training camp, working double sessions to get ready for the Women's League.
