Dylan Felipe Borrero was born on February 5, 2002, in Palmira, Valle del Cauca. He debuted with Independiente Santa Fe in 2019. In January 2020, he was transferred to Atlético Mineiro, becoming the youngest foreign player to sign for the club at that time.
Then in 2022 he was signed by the New England Revolution of MLS. In January 2025 he signed a contract with Fortaleza EC of Brazil until 2028.
Borrero has been an international player with the Colombian Under-20 team.
The skillful winger joins the Scarlet team to add to the attack and the work of coach Gabriel Raimondi.
