We guarantee that our products are free from significant defects in materials and/or workmanship. This guarantee is valid as long as the product is used for the activities for which it was designed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, we will assist you with a size exchange (only if available). You can return unused products up to 30 days after purchase for a size exchange only (if available). These items must be in perfect condition, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURNS:
- You should contact the following email address: tiendavirtual@americadecali.com.co to let you know if the size is available.
- After confirming if the size is available, you must send the product to the Cascajal Sports and Administrative Headquarters (Km. 7 via Panamericana alley Cascajal).
- The returned product must be accompanied by:
- Copy of the sales invoice
- A note specifying the reason for the return
- You must specify the information about the new products you want to receive in return.
For exchanges and returns, we cover the shipping costs as long as the reason is a manufacturing defect. If the reason is a size exchange, these costs must be covered by the customer. We only exchange items for different sizes, not for different styles.
For exchanges and returns, the shipping cost is non-refundable; the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs.
For returns of products whose delivery was made outside the indicated period, only requests in which the delay in the delivery of the product has been greater than seven (7) days from the scheduled date will be processed.
